A Decision Letter will be sent out. If accepted, you will recieve an enrollment packet to be completed in order to finish the admissions process.

K3-K5 Application Process

· Application form on-line (including a $30 non-refundable application fee).

· Full packet of submitted materials are reviewed by the Pre-School and Kindergarten Principal and an interview with the parent and student is scheduled, if applicable. The student must be present at the interview. If accepted, a $100 registration fee payable to FCCS is due at the time of the interview.

· Tuition must be paid monthly through FACTS Tuition Management.

· Florida state physical examination

· Florida Certificate of Immunization

· VPK certificate (VPK only)

Grades 1-5 Application Process

· Application form on-line (including a $30 non-refundable application fee).

· Schedule a date for your student (2nd-5th only) to take the Stanford Achievement Test (SAT). Students that have taken the SAT test within the last year must turn in their most recent scores in order to opt out of the test. At the time of testing, a $30 testing fee payable to FCCS is required.

· Full packet of submitted materials and test scores are reviewed by the respective principals and an interview with the parent and student is scheduled, if applicable. The student must be present at the interview. If accepted, a $100 registration fee payable to FCCS is due at the time of the interview.

· Discipline Reference (Grades 4-5 only)

· Character Reference (Grades 1-3 must have two character references)

Grades 6-12 Application Process

· Application form on-line (including a $30 non-refundable application fee).
