SMS Messaging Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from First Coast Christian  School (“FCCS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of  Service: 

1. Consent to Receive Messages 

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive  messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from FCCS.  These may include: 

  •   School announcements and emergency alerts 

  •   Event updates and reminders 

  •   Schedule changes and closures 

  •   Enrollment and administrative notifications 

Message frequency may vary based on your relationship with the school  and communication needs.

2. Opt-In and Opt-Out 

You may opt in to FCCS SMS messaging by submitting your mobile  number through our designated sign-up process. 

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP  in response to a message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a  confirmation message and will no longer receive messages unless you re enroll.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and  plan. FCCS is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile  provider.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile  carrier and may be limited by factors beyond FCCS’s control. We do not  guarantee message delivery or timeliness.
